Lady Michelle Johnson, a native of Wilmington, Delaware, was called to Christ in the fall of 2000. At that moment Lady Michelle made a promise to God to praise him in all that she does. Lady Michelle has kept her promise and continues to inspire and educate those around her about the goodness of the Lord Jesus Christ.

A well seasoned social worker, Lady Michelle obtained both her bachelors and masters degree in social work through attending Delaware State University. Lady Michelle has worked in several capacities. Some of which include but are not limited to the Delaware Division of Family Services (DFS), the DC Child and Family Services Agency(CFSA), and is currently employed as an Intensive Outpatient Therapist. Lady Michelle is passionate in her capacity to ensure the safety and mental well being of the children and families that she serves.

Lady Michelle has incorporated her gifts in social work in a way that has allowed her to be a renowned resource to the members of Joshua Harvest Church. Her love for the ministry is a total reflection of her love for her husband, Pastor Derrick Johnson. The two were joined in holy matrimony on January 23, 2010. They have a shared vision of empowering believers through the gospel to be free to worship, to serve, and to grow.
